Je lis avec intérêt cet article, mais il reste très superficiel. Vous exprimez légitimement le sentiment du citoyen lambda, mais j’attendais du journaliste que vous êtes une recherche d’informations plus fouillée pour éclairer l’opinion : pourquoi pas un dossier sur la question en interrogeant les acteurs (bouchers, services vétérinaires, service d’hygiène, abattoir frigorifique, Ministère du Commerce, Police municipale...) ? Vous serez édifiés et la vérité risque de changer de camp,les torts ne sont peut être pas où vous les situez. Je vous laisse à votre enquête tout en restant disponible !

Voila une fois de plus, une idee que Fasoplast pourrait exploiter,(et bien sur payer les taxes et augmenter les salaires des ouvriers)pour lutter contre la polution de la viande que nous consommoms tous les jours et ameliorer notre cadre de vie ! Comme dit l’internaute JM Batiebo, c’est un domaine assez spécialisé et il aurait fallu (il n’est pas trop tard), de contacter les différentes parties impliquées au lieu de s’en tenir aux constats que tout citoyen lamda peut faire. Sinon on n’apporte rien à la solution du problème.

Soyons serieux, le journaliste a le merite d’avoir fait son analyse. Le citoyen lamda fait les memes analyses, mais ne les publie pas.

Le premier intervenant a fait une suggestion qui pourrait etre utile. C’est a dire que l’Obs fasse un dossier special sur le sujet pour aller plus en profondeur.

C’est bien dit mais moi je propose a defaut des fourgonettes que chaque point cardinale de la vile de ouagadougou et des autre ville soit equipé d’un mini abattoire.Cela evitera au bouchers de long trajet pour l’acheminement de leur marchandises.C’est le manque de moyens qui empeche les bouchers de travailler dans ses conditions tres peu enviable.Quand au risque il faudrait qu’il ait des mesures pour reguler ce genre de transport cela nous eviterait des cas de contamination.Comme on le dit tous les jour c’est parce que ceux qui nous gouverne ne consomme pas ces viandes voila pourquoi ça traine.L’amour de son peuple doit etre le voeux de tous leaders.

C’est un article d’intérêt public. Il vient à point nommé et les structures interpelées doivent analyser les solutions proposées. A côté de la question centrale qu’il aborde, il y’a plein de questions qu’il soulève également ; par exemple la question de l’absentéisme dans les administration. Malheureusement le fait de considérer la pause de 10 h comme une chose normale parce qu’entrée dans certaines habitudes est un pas de trop ; parce que à ma connaissance,c’est pas autorisé, c’est même combattu. Alors, c’est une tâche sombre sur un article qui pourrait devenir un sujet de mémoire !

Moi je vous ai toujours dit qu’au pays des hommes ’’intègres’’, il n’y a que le langage du fouet qui marche pour certaines catégories d’individus. Les vendeurs de vinade ont toujours été avertis de ne pas transporter ainsi la viande, et jusqu’à présent, rien. Donc ils défient maintenant l’autorité publique. Au lieu que Simon le Maire lutte contre des moulins à vent en convoquant le collectif pour un papier collé sur une plaque de rue, il devrait plutôt mouvementer son service d’hygiène pour protéger les ougalais qui mangent cette viande là. Et faire arrêter par ses ’’flics’’ tous ceux qui transportent ainsi la viande, les amender (la commune aura l’argent car les bouchers sont riches), et confisquer cette viande pour les ophelinats, la maisons des vieilles femmes abandonnées, et les prisons. C’est ce seul langage que ces gens comprennent.

Cet article me touche énormément parce que pour l’une des rares fois, un sujet aussi tabout que l’hygiène ressort. C’est une bonne initiative et j’espère que cela est le debut de résolution de bon nombre de problèmes similaires .

Il est vrai que beaucoup de maladies ravagent toujours au Burkina, mais beaucoup d’entre elles sont causées par un manque de notions fondamentales d’hygiène. Alors, bravo à ce journaliste ! petit à petit, nous arriverrons à éveiller les consciences en la matière !

Les autorités communales ne sont pas en restent,si un animal bien portant a été abattu pour la consommation si le transport de la viande se fait dans de mauvaises conditions,il faut alors craindre des problèmes sanitaires par la suite chez les consommateurs.

Vous voyez souvent même les têtes et les pattes de chèvres rangées ailleurs. Et ça les gens en rafollent car moins cher. Pendant que c’est très dangereux. Elle est vendue au vu et au su de tout le monde et personne ne dit mot. C’est les pauvres gens qui feront des indigestions qui souffriront et ceux qui mangent dans les gargotes. il faut arreter de manger la viande. serieusement je crois qu’avoir differend petit abattoire dans la ville peut reduire le problem. un grilleur de viande qui paie 3000 de boyau par jour ne peux pas se permettre une livraison sur son lieu de grillade et souvent meme il sait pas a l’avance combien il pourra engager le lendemain. meme s’il faut appeler a 75 frs pour se faire livrer il aurait preferer se deplacer. croyez moi mes freres a ouaga il ya des vendeurs de viande qui ne peuvent acheter que ce que le boucher de l’abattoire ne pourra plus vendre le lendemain. je crois qu’une inspection rigoureuse des lieux de vente de la viande a ouaga permettrait de faire disparaitre plus de 3/4 de ces marchand de maladie. les politiens ne se preoccupent que de la prostituion car leurs propres filles sont entrees dans le grand bain

Toutes les mesures mises en oeuvre avant et pendant l’abattage du betail pour avoir une viande saine sont rendues caduques par les reseaux de transport et de distribution de la viande.Pour nous, pas besoins d’ONG ou de conseillers techniques parachutés d’europe et leur cohorte de bureaucrates locaux pour régler ce problème !les circuits de transport et de distribution de la viande devrait être mieux structurés !Toute personne voulant distribuer les produits de l’abattoire frigorifique de Ouaga devrait prouver qu’elle a les moyens de le faire dans les conditions d’hygienne obtimum !!! De plus cela permettra une bonne tracabilité de la viande favorisant une reaction prompte et efficasse des autorités sanitaires en cas d’intoxication ou d’infection due à la viande !
