Présidentielle mauritanienne

Quelle mouche a bien pu donc piquer Ould Vall ?

Le colonel a donné, le colonel veut reprendre. Cette fois, à la régulière. Au terme de la présidentielle mauritanienne du 18 juillet 2009 et dont la campagne s’est ouverte aujourd’hui vendredi à zéro heure. On se disait qu’il avait définitivement tourné le dos à la politique. Mais voilà l’ancien président du Conseil militaire pour la justice et la démocratie (CMJD), le colonel Ely Ould Mohamed Vall, dans l’arène pour la compétition électorale à venir.

Quelle mouche a bien pu donc le piquer au cours de son retrait de la scène politique ? Réponse : la jeunesse. Pour l’officier supérieur dont la candidature aurait été demandée par les jeunes, deux raisons sont à rechercher dans son retournement de treillis : « C’est une requête qui ne peut être refusée pour deux raisons.

D’abord parce qu’elle émane de la jeunesse, laquelle est de bonne foi, et je suis heureux que vous soyez avec moi. Ensuite parce que c’est une affaire bien plus importante que toute autre chose », rapporte Le Quotidien, journal sénégalais, citant une source : Ami.mr. « Affaire importante », c’est sûr. « Plus importante que toute autre chose », ça se discute.

Mais passons et revenons à la candidature d’Ould Mohamed Vall, l’objet de notre réflexion. Si pour les neuf autres candidats, parmi lesquels Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, ex-chef de la junte ayant renversé le président Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdélahi le 6 août 2008, l’enjeu, c’est le fauteuil de président, pour Ould Vall par contre, c’est l’honneur qui est ici aussi en jeu.

Certes sur le plan juridique, l’ex-numéro un du CMJD reste un citoyen comme tous les autres Mauritaniens. Par conséquent, et puisqu’il jouit de la plénitude de ses droits civiques, sa candidature est recevable, comme l’a d’ailleurs constaté, mardi, le Conseil constitutionnel. N’en déplaise aux perroquets du tout-juridisme, il n’y a pas que le droit dans la vie.

En se lançant à la reconquête d’un pouvoir qu’il avait volontairement cédé aux civils au terme d’une transition réussie, le tombeur du petit moustachu de Nouakchott s’était taillé l’estime et l’admiration de l’opinion nationale et internationale. Il est même entré dans l’histoire comme le préfacier d’un nouvel ordre politique dans son pays, puisque son acte de renonciation a conduit à l’élection du premier président démocratiquement élu de la Mauritanie.

Du coup, tout cela lui conférait, de facto, une autorité morale dans la conscience collective de ses concitoyens. Mais aujourd’hui qu’il est lancé dans une élection organisée au forceps, qui plus est, au terme d’une transition pour le moins chaotique, une question lancinante hante les esprits : « L’ex-chef du CMJD a-t-il vraiment quitté le pouvoir de son propre gré ? ».

A moins que le colonel ne soit en mission commandée : légitimer, par sa participation, la victoire, « déjà acquise », du général Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz dont Vall serait un proche parent ? Si à la fin du scrutin le candidat des « jeunes » décrochait les clés de la présidence, ce serait un retour aux affaires par la grande porte. S’il perdait, il quitterait la scène politique, cette fois-ci, par la petite porte.

Somlaré, tu ne sembles pas avoir compris. En quoi chercher le pouvoir par la voie des urnes fait de vous un dictateur ? Monsieur le journaliste, en quoi perdre une élection est une sortie par la petite porte pour un ancien président ? C’est comme ça que vous encouragez les autres à s’aggripper au pouvoir et après vous êtes les premiers à crier à la dictature.

Monsieur le journaliste,pouvez-vous me dire la façon de perdre une élection présidentielle qui ne soit pas synonyme de sortie par la petite porte autre que se présenter et ne pas être élu et l’accepter avec foi et courage ?Que signifie sortir par la petite porte dans le jargon des journalistes,ou précisement dans le jargon de l’Obs.(pour ne pas dire votre propre jargon en tant qu’auteur de l’écrit) ? S’il vous plait, répondez moi.Et je pense que cela va aider beaucoup d’autres internautes "limités"en Fraçais comme moi.

Aussi, pour ma part le colonel est sorti par la petite porte en 2006 parce qu’il est entré par cette même petite porte.Car il avait l’obligation morale de partir parce qu’il n’était pas le président légitime et avait lui même donné l’assurance qu’il partirait.Si le COLONEL Ould Vall sort par la petite porte en cas de non élection et si le chef de la junte actuelle n’est pas lui aussi élu, pensez-vous que ce dernier sortira par une porte plus grande que celle de Ould Vall ? Question de bon sense !

Si le Clt Ely Vall perd cette élection cette fois-ci, ( ce qui, pour le moment n’est pas sûr !!), cela ne signifie pas qu’il ne pourra plus jamais être candidat ou président ! Loin s’en faut. Donc dire que s’il perd, il sort par la petite porte est trop osée, de la part d’un journal comme l’Obs. Nous sommes en politique, et attendons de voir, sans conclusion hative.

Revenons un peu aux conditions dans lesquelles il avait laché le pouvoir. Ils avaient voulu jouer et louvoier avec la démocratie en mettant un président alibi à la tête de l’état mauritanien. Ce président élu fort de l’appareil d’état a voulu prendre son independance. Et là ceux qui l’ont fabriqué dont cet Mr cidessus ont dit NON et l’on renversé. Ce Mr n’a aucun mérite à être comparer à ATT. Quand on dit que le precedant président démocratiquement élu a été fabriqué par l’armée, c’est qui l’armée, Ould Vall en faisait parti. Qu’il soit candidat ne doit jamais étonné personne. Donc YAKO pour la Mauritanie. Le pétrole et le fer révèlent aux populations africaines la face cachée de leur élite sociale. Quelle raison a aussi poussé Konaré a raméné ATT au pouvoir alors qu’il y’avait les IBK, les souleymane Cissé et autres qui pouvaient faire l’affaire d’autant plus qu’eux avaient plus d’expérience de la gestion du pouvoir d’Etat que Konaré ne l’avait quand il a pris les rênes du Mali lors de son prémier mandat. Les Deal et les ententes sont des fossoieurs de la démocratie. Ou bien les peuples sont murs ou bien les peuples ne le sont pas et dans ce cas on laisse ceux qui tirent plus vite que leur ombre prendre le pouvoir et le gerer. Desolé mais si On transposait les réssources hydrauliques, halieutiques et minières du mali au BF, ya longtemps nous serions très loin dans le classement du PNUD malgré la mauvaise gouvernance dont nous nous plaignons içi parceque nous savons que pour peu qu’on instaure une compétition loyale et la méritocratie dans notre pays, on sera admirer de beaucoup. Nous nous plaignons parceque nous savons que nous pouvons faire mieux et plus.
