Débat sur l’identité française
Quand Sarkozy réhabilite Bédié
Fernand Braudel, dans son ouvrage l’Identité de la France, nomme ce sujet tabou « la problématique de la Nation ». C’est pourtant ce débat longtemps snobé par les Français que le ministre de l’Emigration, Eric Besson, a jeté en discussion depuis quelques jours. Des logorrhées qui interviennent quelque temps seulement après que des avions AF ont ramené plusieurs Afghans qui squattaient la jungle du Pas-de-Calais.
Tous les Républicains, sous la houlette de préfets, sous- préfets et parlementaires, sont conviés depuis le 2 novembre 2009, et ce, durant deux mois, à réfléchir sur les contours de l’identité nationale. Ainsi, la douce Hexagone veut savoir qui est Français et qui ne l’est pas.

En ouvrant cette boîte de Pandore, Besson ressasse un vocable funeste sous les tropiques, notamment en Côte d’Ivoire : l’ivoirité, dont l’objectif inavoué était d’éliminer Alassane Dramane Ouattara de la présidentielle .
Plus de 10 ans après, on sait où en est ce pays, qui vogue toujours entre ni paix ni guerre, même si se profile une élection censée amoindrir les problèmes. En France, en dépit des dénégations et des arguments solides quelquefois spécieux, il va être difficile de prouver qu’il n’y a pas de soupçon d’exclusion derrière cette « francité ».
Pourtant, ce pays a mieux à faire que d’emprunter cette voie. Certes, c’est la nation des droits de l’homme et les institutions républicaines sont solides pour résister à tout tremblement, mais ne vaut-il pas mieux souvent laisser dormir un tabou ou présenté comme tel ?

D abord ,Eric Besson est ministre de l imigration et non de l émigration.Quand on quitte son pays pour un autre pays on EMIGRE ;le pays qui vous accueille, vous y êtes un IMIGRÉ. Mr. Besson s occupe des étrangers qui s installent en France donc des imigrés d où ministre de l IMIGRATION.
Ensuite, je ne partage pas votre parallelisme.Car ici ,même si la question parait incongrue à l aune de la mondialisation,il est question d appeler tout un chacun de connaitre les valeurs de la république française qui n ont rien à voir avec la xénophobie qu a connue la Côte d Ivoire.C est ainsi que chaque étranger désireux de s installer en France doit signer un contrat d intégration où il s engage à apprendre la langue,la culture,les lois,bref, de l instruction civique.Et ceci n est pas l apanage des français seulement car on pourrait dire qu ils l ont hérité des autrichiens d abord et les hollandais ensuite.
Mais que peuvent faire les partis traditionnels face à la montée des extrèmes partout en europe ,exhacerbée par la crise économique et financière,entrainant parfois le sentiment de repli sur soi ? c est ça aussi la question.

Sarko fait de la politique en adoubant une partie de son électorat conservateur. La France est un pays hybride avec des citoyens dont les ancêtres et ou parents sont venus de pays et de culture différents parfois contradictoires. La France ne peut donc pas avoir une identité mais des identités dont son socle fondé sur des valeurs. Ce débat est tout simplement politique !
Je partage tout à fait l’opinion de l’auteur de cet article : poser le problème de l’identité à la façon Bédié ou Besson, c’est tenter de diaboliser ou d’exclure l’autre sous un habillage malhonnêtement intellectuel. Il n’empêche que quand on quitte son pays pour immigrer dans un autre c’est qu’en général on fuit quelque chose (la misère, l’absence de perspectives, des coutumes abêtissantes...). Ce qui est inacceptable c’est de vouloir reproduire voire imposer dans le pays d’accueil, ce quelque chose qu’on a fuit. Ce n’est pas une question d’identité ; c’est une question de savoir-vivre et de bon sens qui se résout par l’information,l’éducation et la punition individuelle de la récidive.

Que les gens m’excusent mais je vois dans ce débat une décadence total de la France. Prenez des pays comme les USA et l’Angleterre qui encouragent l’immigration pour diversifier leur culture car en système anglo-saxon on dit que chaque peuple a quelque chose de spécifique qu’il peu faire bénéficier le pays d’accueille. Pourquoi les français font un retour au moyen âge. Cette pratique de partage qui a fait que l’anglais domine le monde et non l’imposition. Les français voient leur puissance disparaître à l’horizon et ils ne font que s’y engouffré.
Si vous partez en Angleterre et vous y reveniez, vous avez la nostalgie de ce pays et vous envie de parler anglais.
Si vous partez en France et vous reveniez, vous avez honte de parler français.
Alors chers amis de la France, chercher vos problèmes ailleurs. Une grande nation comme la votre ne doit pas être à ce niveau de débats.

Liberer la parole dans l’optique d’un débat serait interessant si le site mis en place pour cela ne censurait pas systématiquement une bonne partie des commentaires, si il ne fallait pas tenter de les reposter plusieurs fois (je precise que celui que j’ai tenté de laisser ne contenait aucun propos propre à la censure, si ce n’est une critique de la droite et des initiateurs de ce debat).
Il est amusant de voir que ce debat est lancé à la va vite pour les régionales, tout comme il est amusant de voir Nicolas Sarkozy et Eric Besson, dont les familles ne résident pas sur le sol français depuis plus longtemps qu’une bonne partie des immigrés qu’ils n’ont de cesse de montrer du doigt, et que ce débat porte sur l’identité nationale, un concept vaseux propre au frontnational, et ne contient explicitement aucune réference à la république, aux valeurs fondatrics de notre société actuelle, sous sa forme moderne et progressiste (là où la droite essaie de nous la jouer France Eternelle, la terre, la famille, la patrie, etc).
Le français de 1930 est il le même que celui de 2009 ? Quand on voit les mesures prises par ce gouvernement à l’encontre des nouveaux arrivants (illegaux ou pas), on peut se dire que le français de 2009 ne va pas tarder à ressembler à celui de 1940. Et c’est bien cela qui est triste.
Le commentaire que j’avais essayé de poster vous permettra de comprendre ce que je pense :
"Etre français pour moi, quand on aborde la question de l’identité nationale, c’est se sentir fier des avancées progressistes réalisées par les citoyens de notre pays, être fier de l’héritage de la révolution française qui ont avancé les bases de ce qu’est notre nation, de notre constitution, des lois républicaines qui permettent aux differents individus qui peuplent notre nation de vivre ensemble en bénéficiant des progrès ainsi réalisés depuis des centaines d’années en terme de droits sociaux.
Et je ne peux décemment dire actuellement que je suis fier de ce qui se passe dans notre pays, un pays où les lois sont détournées par certains afin de faire bénéficier à une caste sociale minoritaire d’avantages dont ne bénéficient pas l’ensemble de nos citoyens, je ne suis pas fier de voir le progrès social se réduire, les avancées du Conseil National de la Résistance disparaitre petit à petit, je ne suis pas fier de voir la France, terre d’accueil et terre d’asile considerer les étrangers comme étant un problème, légaux ou pas.
Etre fier d’être français, c’est faire vivre les valeurs de la constitution née de la révolution française, qui furent à la base de la déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme et qui est en terme de projet de société l’element fondateur de notre nation. La fierté d’être français vient du fait de savoir que ceux qui sont venus d’ailleurs ont autant de droits que moi qui suis né dans ce pays, par hasard. Que ces droits leur sont donnés tout comme ils m’ont été donnés de par ma naissance dans ce pays. La fierté d’être français vient du sentiment d’égalité entre chaque citoyen. Et je ne pense pas que le climat politique actuel majoritairement porté par une droite qui confond des enjeux républicains avec des propos éléctoralistes voulant créer un sentiment d’identité national basé sur autre chose que les valeurs dont je parle soit propice à ressentir cette même fierté.
Les citoyens français s’emparent de ce débat parce qu’il ont cette experience du "vivre ensemble", parce qu’ils savent que leur richesse vient autant de leur histoire que de celle des nouveaux arrivants, que notre projet commun est de vivre ensemble dans un pays qui est basé sur un idéal progressiste.
La fierté d’être français viendra quand ceux qui ont initié le débat reconnaitront qu’ils doivent avant tout respecter les valeurs qui sont à l’origine de notre démocratie."
