Dur dur d’être entraîneur de football ! En effet, la profession est des plus ingrates. Quand ça passe et que votre équipe gagne, la gloire revient aux joueurs, dont certains sont propulsés superstars et adulés par les supporters. Mais quand ça casse et que vous perdez, le bouc émissaire de prédilection reste le coach, qui est limogé sans ambages le plus souvent.

Prendre place sur le banc de sélectionneur équivaut donc à s’asseoir sur un siège éjectable, prêt à partir d’un moment à l’autre. Et c’est sans surprise que l’on voit le fusible de l’encadrement technique sauter en cas de défaite. Ce qui est par contre étonnant, c’est lorsque le Onze national tout entier est banni. Et de mémoire de supporter, il n’est pas courant que toute l’équipe nationale soit dissoute comme ce fut le cas de la Guinée pour insuffisance de résultats et indiscipline lors de leur non-qualification à la Coupe d’Afrique des nations et au Mondial 2010.

C’est pourquoi la nouvelle de la dissolution jusqu’à nouvel ordre de la formation des Ecureuils du Bénin et leur encadrement technique et médical, le jeudi 4 février dernier, apparaît bien curieuse. D’autant plus que ce n’est pas l’attitude du collectif béninois sur les pelouses angolaises qui lui est reprochée mais « les mauvais résultats et le manque de patriotisme ».

« Le manque de respect des joueurs de l’équipe nationale A vis-à-vis des responsables en charge du football au Bénin, les mauvais comportements, et le manque de patriotisme des joueurs ; le chantage qu’ils ont orchestré à la veille du départ de la délégation officielle pour Angola et la complicité ou le cautionnement des actes blâmables par l’encadrement technique sont autant de motifs qui ont poussé le bureau exécutif de la FBF à prendre une telle décision dans la nuit de mercredi », a expliqué le directeur exécutif de la Fédération béninoise de football (FBF), Bernard Hounnouvi. Joueurs, entraîneur, entraîneur adjoint, assistant-entraîneur, médecin, kinésithérapeute ont ainsi été, tous, limogés.

Une fois de plus, les bisbilles au sujet des primes de matchs reviennent sur le tapis ou plutôt sur le gazon empêchant le ballon de tourner rond dans une formation africaine. Il faut dire que manque de patriotisme pour manque de patriotisme, l’on devrait sanctionner aussi ceux qui passent le temps à se sucrer sur le dos des athlètes en bloquant ce qui leur revient de droit, en l’occurrence leurs primes.

Il n’y a pas de raison que ceux qui suent dans l’effort physique et tactique n’aient pas droit à leur dû à cause de la malhonnêteté ou de la lenteur de certains de leurs dirigeants à débloquer les sous. Si l’argent est le nerf de la guerre, il est également celui de l’effort et de la motivation.

Maintenant se pose avec acuité la question de l’avenir des Ecureuils. En effet, va-t-on nazifier tous ceux qui étaient de l’expédition angolaise ou va-t-on prendre presque les mêmes pour reconstruire ?

Il faut reconnaître que le noyau de l’équipe a fait preuve d’un bon fond de jeu lors de la dernière CAN. Et l’on se demande pour le même motif de « mauvais résultats et manque de patriotisme » combien de fois, le Burkina aurait pu ou dû dissoudre les Etalons. Quoi qu’il en soit, il faut mettre balle à terre pour atteindre le but commun .

Pourquoi le BF n a pas sanctionne les joueurs Etalons qui sont alles en boite de nuite la nuit de leur elimination ? Rien que par pudeur et respect pour les Burkinabes qui avaient les larmes aux yeux, ces etalons n auraient pas du aller en boite de nuit a Luanda apres leur elimination. Le chauffeur du consul l a avoue dans son interview, les Etalons l ont appele sur son cellulaire pour qu il leur montre la boite de nuit huppe de la capitale. C est quels joueurs ca, au lieu de jouer au foot, ce sont les fesses en boite de nuit qui vous interessent.

quelqu’un disait que les ennemis de l’Afrique se sont les africains. J’ai eu des larmes au yeux que même hors sujet je vais parler : La CAF a sanctionné le coach Codja du bénin pour le match Algérie- Egypte, du coup la sanction a eu une repercussion sur sa selection pour le mondial, il était bien placé, il a été logiquement écarté par la FIFA, quand ta famille te vomi alors ne demande pas mieux à l’exterieur. Ce qui me choque c’est la selection de l’arbitre suedois qui a officier France Irlande où il y a eu la main de thierry henry. L’arbitre n’a jamais été suspendu et va même officier la coupe du monde honte encore à la CAF

Kalifa, si la CAF était conséquente, ce n’est pas le béninois seulement qui aurait dû être sanctionné ;Et les fautes qui méritaient des cartons jaunes dont les auteurs ont reçu des avertissements verbaux de la part des arbitres, que fait t on de ces arbitres ?

je suis parfaitement d’accord mais je trouve qu’on est allé trop loin avec cette sanction de cet arbitre qui a été à un moment le meilleur d’afrique, et quand je pense ce suedois qui n’a jamais été inquiété alors que la main de thierry henry a perturbé le monde du foot

Vous saviez chers internautes, la France a corrompu l’arbitre Suédois et a laissé le reste auprès de la FIFA avec Platini (Président de l’UEFA) pour la pression de maintenir la France et l’arbitre.
